Today, on 11 October 2024, We’ve just completed our 2-day Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA), where we took a deep dive into our strengths and challenges to ensure programmatic and financial sustainability as we work towards our mission.  Now, we’re excited to embark on the next phase—implementing our Capacity Building Plan to tackle the identified challenges and unlock our full potential!  

A special thanks to our Consultant, Mr. Vincent Kavala, for expertly guiding us through this crucial process. 🙌 Our Board Chairperson, Mr. Brian Chirwa, summed it up perfectly:
